Dr. Veerapol Khemarangsan, Chief Executive Officer of MEDEZE Group Public Company Limited (MEDEZE), announced that the company has been awarded the ACES Award for Industry Champions of the Year by MORS Group. This prestigious award recognizes organizations or leaders who inspire and promote sustainability across industries and regions in Asia, highlighting companies driving progress and innovation within their respective sectors.
MEDEZE has been acknowledged as the largest and most recognized stem cell storage bank in the country, and a leader in the stem cell banking industry in Southeast Asia.
MEDEZE’s early growth focused on umbilical cord blood stem cell banking and has since expanded its services to include the storage of stem cells from umbilical tissue and adipose tissue. This expansion allows customers of all ages to store their own stem cells. The company has also invested in innovative, efficient technologies and systematic management, which are key factors contributing to MEDEZE’s rise as a leader in the industry.
Currently, MEDEZE operates the largest stem cell laboratory in Southeast Asia, which is certified with Cleanroom Class 100 by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) of the United States. The laboratory also complies with the standards set by the Association for the Advancement of Blood & Biotherapies (AABB), reinforcing MEDEZE’s commitment to the highest safety and performance standards.
"The ACES Award is not only a result of MEDEZE's dedication but also reflects the progress in accessible stem cell technology and is part of the effort to raise industry standards. Previously, MEDEZE received the Frost & Sullivan Award, which further affirms MEDEZE’s leadership in providing comprehensive and internationally efficient stem cell banking services," Dr. Veerapol stated.
