Medeze Group Public Company Limited (“MEDEZE”) has entered into a strategic partnership with Identity Dermatology Center, a leading international dermatology clinic, combining stem cell technology with specialized medical expertise to advance regenerative and aesthetic medicine and establish new standards for Thailand’s health industry.

Dr. Veerapol Khemarangsan, Chief Executive Officer of Medeze Group Public Company Limited, or MEDEZE, revealed that the Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Identity Group Co., Ltd., a leading laser and dermatology center in Thailand. This strategic collaboration spans the entire value chain—upstream, midstream, and downstream—of the regenerative medicine and aesthetic industry. The shared objective is to develop Regenerative Beauty & Anti-Aging services based on regenerative medicine principles, utilizing autologous mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) derived from adipose tissue to enhance skin care, rejuvenation, and the slowing of age-related degeneration in the future. All services will be delivered under medically sound, safe, and fully traceable processes, elevating Thailand’s health and beauty services to international standards.

Under the collaboration, MEDEZE will be responsible for all laboratory processes, including stem cell isolation, cultivation, expansion, and cryopreservation using advanced, high-standard technologies. Identity Dermatology Center will oversee patient screening, adipose tissue collection, and the clinical application of stem cells for treatment and regeneration under the supervision of specialized physicians, ensuring personalized and appropriate medical outcomes.

Mr. Thanakorn Wangkahad and Dr. Purichya Khositkanasap, executives of Identity Group Co., Ltd., stated that Identity Dermatology Center is a specialized dermatology and aesthetic medical center focused on holistic care under the direct supervision of board-certified dermatologists. Its services encompass dermatological treatments, skin health management, anti-aging solutions, and skin rejuvenation, supported by advanced medical technologies certified by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (USFDA).

Through this MOU, both parties will collaborate across the full continuum—from patient screening and adipose tissue collection to stem cell isolation and cultivation, and ultimately their application in skin rejuvenation and anti-aging therapies—under close oversight by medical specialists.
