Dr. Veerapol Khemarangsan Invited as Faculty Member to Share vNOTES Surgical Techniques at International Conference in Singapore
Dr. Veerapol Khemarangsan of the Bangkok Metropolitan Endoscopic Training Center was invited to serve as a faculty member and trainer at the 3rd Annual Scientific Meeting – SGMIS in Conjunction with RTCOG & TSGE. The international conference was organised by the Society for Gynaecological Minimally Invasive Surgery Singapore (SGMIS), in collaboration with the Royal Thai College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RTCOG) and the Thai Society of Gynecologic Endoscopists (TSGE), and was held in Singapore from July 24–25, 2026.
During the conference, Dr. Veerapol delivered a presentation entitled “How to Perform vNOTES Hysterectomy in Steps” at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. He shared techniques for performing hysterectomy using vaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (vNOTES), an advanced minimally invasive gynaecological surgical technique performed through a natural orifice.
Dr. Veerapol was also invited to serve as a trainer at the vNOTES Workshop held at One Farrer Hotel, where he shared his practical experience and surgical techniques with participating physicians from various countries.
His invitation to serve as both a faculty member and trainer reflects the expertise and prominent role of Thai physicians in sharing knowledge of gynaecological minimally invasive surgery on the international stage. It also highlights Thailand’s contribution to advancing modern gynaecological surgery across the region.
